The Aurora Festival of Lights runs from November 25 through December 25 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. nightly at Phillips Park, 1000 Ray Moses Dr. The Aurora Festival of Lights –the largest free outdoor drive-through holiday light display in the region – returns for its 16th year with dazzling displays and merry music that will delight children and adults.
Today, Sunday November 27th, flyers will be delivered and hung on the front door to each home for this years Breakfast with Santa on December 10th.

This year we will be helping a local Food Pantry so we will be having a Food Drive.
Aurora kicks off the holiday season this weekend with Winter Lights Aurora, the annual festive, family-friendly, and free experience filled with memory-making moments.
Hosted by the City of Aurora in partnership with Aurora Downtown, Winter Lights 2022 commences on Friday, November 18, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with activities centered on Downer Place & Stolp Avenue in downtown Aurora.
This weekend it’s time to turn back the clocks.
Free Fall leaf collection begins October 17 and runs through December 2nd. No waste sticker needed. Yard waste pick up will end on December 2nd also.
Bundled brush collection will end on November 4th.
Join us in downtown Aurora! You can even take a shuttle.
Thank you to the Fox Valley Park District who delivered and spread several loads of sand and mulch around the playground equipment. They also sprayed for weed control last Friday and ran the line trimmers along the public sidewalk parallel to the streets when they mowed this week.
