Golf Course Update

This is a reply to a letter submitted earlier this month to the Fox Valley Park District. It has been broken down by each question asked with a reply below along with any images included in the original.

It’s out of courtesy and not a legal obligation for the HOA. This is not the Association’s responsibility or duty and to that end, any engagement by the board with the golf course is as a courtesy and the board can decide to cease the engagement at any time.

The Association exercises no architectural control authority over the golf course. Whether to modify the course is a decision left solely within the hands of the golf course owner. If the property was being re-platted to some extent, the Association’s approval might be necessary, but this does not appear to be a re-platting issue.

OVHA Annual Payment Due 1/31

Just a reminder payment for the OVHA annual bill is due by January 31st.

Payments made after this date are assessed late fees. These fees are an actual cost the association pays for additional billing and accounting record keeping. Late fees will not be waived.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

FVPD Police Need Our Help

Good afternoon,

Early Monday morning, the individual pictured below caused some damage at the Orchard Valley Club House.  Because this person appeared to walk to this location, I was hoping you could send the below photographs to the Homeowners to see if anyone might be able to identify him based on the items he was wearing.

Please call me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you in advance for your help.
