This is a reply to a letter submitted earlier this month to the Fox Valley Park District. It has been broken down by each question asked with a reply below along with any images included in the original.

It’s out of courtesy and not a legal obligation for the HOA. This is not the Association’s responsibility or duty and to that end, any engagement by the board with the golf course is as a courtesy and the board can decide to cease the engagement at any time.

The Association exercises no architectural control authority over the golf course. Whether to modify the course is a decision left solely within the hands of the golf course owner. If the property was being re-platted to some extent, the Association’s approval might be necessary, but this does not appear to be a re-platting issue.
